Reframing How We View Failure
The concept of feeling like one has failed [as those who have learnt how to develop a mindset for success before us] is only in a person's mind. It is a fact that there are so many people out there who are unable to stomach the thought of actually not being unable to live up to their own expectations or the expectations of friends, family members, colleagues and other loved ones. When things do not go the way that we want it to is able to send someone who may be a little sensitive into a permanent negative spiral.

When Things Do Not Work Out
|
Stop Blaming Yourself
|
The fact is that there can be nothing that is more defeating than allowing oneself to remain in a situation that sees one possessing a mindset of sticking to the idea that something that they attempted to achieve did not work out as planned due to the fact of bad planning or ill formed processes.
Achieve Something Great In Life
Those with a mindset for success understand that they at a core are not worthless due to the fact that a plan that was actioned did not turn out as one thought it would. Again those with the correct mindset for achievement develop a firm grasp on the fact that they are separated from the masses just because they attempted to achieve something great.
|
The thing not to do is to apportion the blame towards our own selves on a repetitive basis. It should be made clear that it can in fact take a great deal of time in order to recover from pain that we at times inflict upon ourselves based on our own negative thinking.
It May Not Work The First Time
The reality is that one should not continually beat up on themselves and deem themselves as worthless just because a goal did not turn out as expected. A failure means this to the achievers : it is simply time to reflect, regroup and get back to putting effort into achieving those goals another time whilst reflecting on what different course of action to take next time.
|
If fact, one is able to go over as many different methods of achievement as many
times as necessary.
Success Can Not Be Achieved If You Give Up Along The Way
The important thing is that you never give up. You could go through the entire alphabet again and again until you figure out what works to make your dream a reality. If it means enough to you, then don't stop believing that success is possible.
|
This can be easier said than done. Bouncing back after a setback can seem impossible at first, but the first thing you need to do is to remember to breathe.
|
Keep Focused On Achieving Those Goals
If you panic, nothing good will come of it. Your best course of action is to approach the situation with a cool and level head, and although that may be hard to do at first, you are more than capable of it! Next, give yourself a little bit of time to regroup and process what has happened. Why did your plan fail? What was it that got in the way? How could those issues have been avoided ? What could you do better in the future when making a more foolproof plan B ? Finally, take some time to consider just what you have learned from the process of failing.
Failure is not permanent. It is simply a stage that we go through during the evolution of a plan or an idea. Failure means that there are more complications than we anticipated, and we are learning more and more with every little mistake that we make. By the time we succeed, we are so steeled against setbacks that the next goal we attempt to accomplish may seem to come much easier to us, because the setbacks are not so devastating. We can turn our setbacks into gems of truth and a will of steel, or we can let it defeat us. But nobody has ever mastered their destiny by giving up. To become a great achiever, you keep going until you have achieved your goal at all costs!
